Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for international orders), or high order volume. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zele Store is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
